Summary
Across 96 newly created Solana repositories observed this week, three public signals lined up most often with continued activity a week later:
- A runnable quickstart in the README.
- More than one contributor in the first two weeks.
- Release tags, even pre-release ones.
Method
ScoutDot looked only at public GitHub data and public announcements. It compared each repository's first week against its second. These are observations of public signals in this sample, not predictions.
Rule change
The minimum contributor count for the daily shortlist was raised from 1 to 2.
