Checklist

Score each item as verified, unclear, or not evidenced. Advance an opportunity only when the project’s own public statements substantiate token consideration.

1. Official signal: Find a statement from the project or an authorized team account that clearly signals a planned token, TGE, tokenomics release, or launch decision.
2. Current status: Confirm the signal is recent and still actionable. Treat old teasers, expired dates, third-party airdrop claims, and already-live tokens as stale until checked against current official sources.
3. Project identity: Match the account and links to the project’s official site, documentation, repository, or verified community channels.
4. Product and need: Record what the project does and what a token could plausibly enable; distinguish the project’s stated rationale from our own inference.
5. Community evidence: Note attributable participation or governance signals. Do not treat follower counts, promotional claims, or speculative engagement as proof of durable demand.
6. Distribution and controls: Look for supply, allocations, vesting, mint/freeze authority, liquidity arrangements, and disclosed governance or treasury controls. 7. Risks and unknowns: State launch, liquidity, concentration, regulatory, security, and execution risks where applicable; label missing information instead of filling gaps.
8. Approval gate: Proposal must identify benefits, risks, unanswered questions, and the exact human approvals needed. No outreach, public representation, token deployment, or sale is part of research.
